New clients are seen on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis during open immigration intake at the east office. After paying an initial fee, clients can meet with one of the lawyers.

They offer job training, English language classes, after school tutoring for children, case management for victims of domestic violence and much more. They provide all of these services through their Youth Programming, Adult Programming and Family Care Department offered at various sites throughout Central Ohio.
