Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA)

Go online to learn about prescription medications that are free or low-cost and a list of participating pharmacies. They also provide information about savings cards, HIV/AIDS programs, diabetes supplies, service animals, Medicaid and patient assistance programs.

Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) Co-Pay Relief (CPR)

Help financially and medically qualified patients, including those insured through federally administered health plans such as Medicare, for co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles required by their health insurance plan for pharmaceutical treatments, medications prescribed to treat or manage  their condition. Pharmacists, physicians and the patients can inquire and apply on behalf of the patient.  Eligibility is based on patient’s income and medical condition.
