Franklin County Child Support Enforcement Agency

Enforces child support orders so payments can be made, and gives advice to parents. They can also help with establishing paternity and health insurance coverage for children.

Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Division of Domestic Relations & Juvenile Branch

Handles all domestic relations matters, including protection for victims of domestic violence. Services include mediation services, Civil Protection Orders and Juvenile Protection Orders, interpreters; Self Represented Resource Center (SRRC) for those who do not have the financial resources to retain private counsel, youth education and intervention programs, and more. Services are provided for free.

Legal Aid Society of Columbus (LASC)

Provides free civil legal assistance and guidance to low income residents and senior citizens of Columbus and Central Ohio (residents of Franklin, Madison, Delaware, Marion, Morrow and Union counties). Legal Aid attorneys may be able to assist you with the following types of cases or legal problems: consumer law, family law, housing, public benefits, reentry, seniors, tax, veterans, education and naturalization.
