Abuse Victim Hotline
Offers free counseling and advice for victims of violence and abuse. The hotline is operated from several different locations, which are changed daily, to protect the safety of victims. They can also help with legal questions and finding local resources.

Asian American Community Services (AACS)

Buckeye Region Anti-Violence Organization (BRAVO)

Family Violence Coalition at Nationwide Children’s Hospital
Provides responsive and timely medical assessment and treatment, along with interviews of children and family members for those who have experienced child abuse. They also offer evidence-based counseling for children and adolescents who have been sexually or physically abused or exposed to family violence. Individuals can report child abuse or neglect in Franklin County through their 24-hour child abuse hotline, or visit the office in person. Huckleberry House
Provides emergency shelter and crisis intervention to youth ages 11 to 18. Runaway youth can go to a designated Safe Place site for immediate assistance and support at any 24-hour Kroger store, White Castle or local fire station. Teens must be willing to work on family problems. Support is free and confidential. Counseling is provided for children and teens ages 5 to 18.

Impact Safety
Teaches safety awareness through workshops offered for people of all ages, starting with children age 4 and above. Children learn personal safety skills, how to set boundaries and how to avoid dangerous situations. They also have experience working with people with special needs.
