Catholic Social Services Pathways to Hope

Helps families establish safe, affordable housing and provides intensive case management for up to two years to provide survivors with children the support they need to break the cycles of poverty and violence. A case manager helps develop an individualized plan that can include education or job training, counseling, mentoring, and referrals to community services. Referrals are made through CHOICES Domestic Violence Shelter.

Homeless Families Foundation (HFF)

Their Family Services works directly with families that are homeless and living in shelter. This is not an emergency shelter. Families who live in a shelter are referred.  Once a family is referred, HFF helps them move from homelessness to stable housing and self-sufficiency. This is a combined effort of the Case Managers, a Housing Liaison, and Resource Specialists; working to provide financial support, new home set-up, goal setting and education to guide each family to self-sufficiency.
