Healthy York Network is a group of partners working to improve access to healthcare for those who are uninsured&underinsured in the York/Adams area. There is no fee to belong to HYN and people in the program will receive discounts from doctors in the program. Applications can be obtained on-line or at above address. Proof of income and copies of household bills are needed to apply.

Department of Public Welfare has many programs and resources to help individuals and families live healthier lives. The Access card can be issued to those eligible for medical assistance. The card is a way for medical providers to verify eligibility for medical services.
