SafeHaven of Clay County
Shelter for Women and their Children.
Domestic violence shelters provide safety and sanctuary to battered women and their children. Residents are provided with food, personal care products, access to public transportation as well as assistance from Synergy’s community education programs such as Court Services, and the EXCEL employment skills program. Individual, group counseling and education are required for the residents of SafeHaven. School aged children attend public school.
