Access free one-on-one tutoring for children from 2pm-11pm at nypl.ny.brainfuse.com at the New York Public Library. To set an appointment with a tutor, log in with your library card number. If you do not have a library card yet, get one by signing up at nypl.org/library-card.

Homework help: Get live tutoring for core areas such as mathematics (basic skills to Calculus II), science, and social studies. Live online tutoring is available every day from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST.
Test prep and career: test prep Tor PSAT/SAT, ACT, AP and state standardized tests.
Skills-Building: Choose your topic to receive real-time help.
4-Hour Writing Lab: Submit essays and other forms of writing for constructive feedback.
Homework Send Question: Submit homework questions for expert guidance.
Adult Learning Center: Access a library of rich adult learning content (GED) and live, professional assistance in resume/cover letter writing, U.S. citizenship prep, MS Office Essential Skills Series, and more!

How to Apply
Log in with your library card number for access
— Library cards must have a home library selected. If you need to select a home library, log into your account and click on Settings to set your Preferred Pickup location
— If you sign up for a card through SimplyE, you must complete this step once your barcode has been emailed to you.
— Set up an appointment with a tutor (every day from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST)
