Congreso is a multiservice nonprofit serving communities in Eastern North Philadelphia, offering over 30 programs in health, education, workforce development, and social services. While Congreso doesn’t provide direct immigration legal services, many of its programs—like the Health Center, Parenting Programs, Domestic Violence Program, and Adult Education Classes—are open to individuals regardless of immigration status.
