The ACCESS Program allows Art-Reach ACCESS Cardholders and people receiving benefits from the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware to attend over 50 cultural sites including museums such as Please Touch and even the zoo for just $2. 1 card holder can take up to 3 guests.
