The MOMobile Rapid Engagement program (MRE) provides support to pregnant and parenting people (with a babies 0-3 years old) who are either using substances or in early recovery. Advocates can help clients access any urgent needs (e.g. food, benefits, clothing and baby items), facilitate referrals to physical and behavioral health services, home visiting programs and/or other social service programs.
