CHIRP, through a grant from the JAMS Foundation, offers youth with a parent who is incarcerated or returning from prison an opportunity to deepen their emotional awareness and their ability to manage conflict more effectively. Through a series of conflict resolution workshops, participants will gain emotional support and skill development while learning productive approaches in managing conflicts.
