The L.E.A.S.E. Program provide risk assessments and blood lead screenings and loans HEPA vacuum cleaners to promote lead-safe practices during lead abatements or renovation projects in homes. A certified Lead Risk Assessor meets and helps families determine if they are at risk for lead poisoning.
