CENTER FOR TRAUMATIC STRESS IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (CTSCA)

CTSCA is a service of Allegheny General Hospital that serves children and families who have experienced traumatic or stressful events. They provide evaluation and treatment of children after events including abuse, witnessing violence, death of a family member and/or natural disasters and aim to alleviate serious symptoms and promote healthy coping responses. They also provide Childhood Traumatic Grief (CTG) educational materials for schools and consumer groups and members work with outreach organizations.
