Winnebago County Health Department offers a variety of services including family planning (including pregnancy testing), teen pregnancy prevention, teen support programs, family case management, home visiting program coordination/referal, high risk prenatal/infant program,WIC, breastfeeding support, car seat safety, immunizations, lead screening and environmental assessment, tobacco cessation, STD testing, HIV/STD case management, well/septic/restaurant inspection, birth/death records, emergency preparedness, and refugee health screening, examinations, and referrals. Medicaid accepted as well as sliding scale fees. Varies by program. Hours vary by program.

Winnebago County Health Department- Blackhawk Park School-Linked Health Center

Provides well-child care, immunizations, school and sports physicals, daycare and preschool exams, care for minor illness and injuries, routine lab tests, medication prescriptions for identified health conditions. Clinic accepts Medicaid, sliding fees. M-F 8am-5pm.
