2-1-1 Texas is a program of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission that provides a registry of resources and services by zip code. It is committed to helping Texas citizens connect with the services and resources they need.
Simply dialing the 2-1-1 Texas/United Way Help Line, calls are answered by trained volunteers and staff with a database of community resources at their fingertips. If you or someone you know needs: Food, Clothing, Health care, Employment, Child care, Elder care, Utility/rent assistance, Counseling/mental health, Adult literacy, Drug treatment, or many other services. 2-1-1 Texas/United Way Help Line is a public/private partnership between the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County.
