Nurse-Family Partnership is a voluntary, free maternal and childhood health program that gives first-time moms valuable knowledge and support throughout pregnancy and until their babies reach two years of age. Partnering first-time moms with an experienced Registered Nurse empowers these women to confidently create a better life for their children and themselves.
This Support Group is for women who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression during or after pregnancy. Registration is Required. If you or someone you know suffers from Prenatal or Postpartum depression, it’s important to get help now! Women need not suffer or endure these feelings or sadness alone. The road to healing is within reach.

Guadalupe Home is a Transitional living program for women who find themselves without shelter and basic needs who are pregnant and/or parenting and are over the age of 18. Guadalupe Home provides safe shelter and support services in a home-like environment for mothers and their children to nurture and support their family unit. Support services are provided to residents in an effort to care for themselves and their children while moving towards self-sufficiency.
