Guadalupe Home is a Transitional living program for women who find themselves without shelter and basic needs who are pregnant and/or parenting and are over the age of 18. Guadalupe Home provides safe shelter and support services in a home-like environment for mothers and their children to nurture and support their family unit. Support services are provided to residents in an effort to care for themselves and their children while moving towards self-sufficiency.
