Referrals are accepted from concerned families, health care providers, school employees, and other social service programs. This program is administered within individual school districts.

Head Start (Ages 3-5), Early Head Start (Ages 0-3), and Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (Ages 3-5)

Offers free (Head Start) and reduced cost (ECEAP) early learning, child care, and family support

Those who do not qualify for Head Start may qualify for the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP).

Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) – Child Care Subsidy

Assistance for eligible families in WA state to pay for child care. When a family qualifies for child care subsidy benefits and chooses an eligible provider, the state pays a portion of the cost of child care. Parents may be responsible for a copayment to their provider each month.
