Behavioral Health Response Crisis Hotline / Youth Connection Helplines
Behavioral Health Response (BHR) provides confidential telephone counseling 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to people in mental health crises. BHR also provides mobile outreach services, community referral services, and critical incident stress management. The crisis hotline and mobile outreach services are provided free of charge to the public by paid professional staff who have master’s degrees in their respective behavioral science disciplines. Youth Connection Helplines provide 24/7 crisis intervention, including mobile outreaches to home and/or community agencies to provide emotional support, referral information, and linkage of services for children, youth, and their families in the St. Louis County area.

Hopewell Center
The Amanda Luckett Murphy Hopewell Center provides comprehensive mental health, residential, and transportation services to uninsured and medically underserved adults and youth in the northern and central parts of The City of St. Louis and the greater metropolitan area. Emergency services, including a crisis bed and mobile outreach, are available twenty-four hours per day. The Hopewell Center is run by a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, counselors, social workers, educators, and support staff.

National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse – St. Louis Area
The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse – St. Louis Area (NCADA) is the place to turn for matters related to alcohol and drugs. This is a community health agency serving eastern Missouri that provides crisis counseling, information and education, youth leadership programs, community service projects, drug-free alternative activities, intervention planning, referral, and school-based prevention services. Queen of Peace
