New Castle County: Jewish Family Services, Emigre Services

Emigre Services integrates newly arrived immigrants in New Castle County into the Delaware Community. In addition to help with housing, transportation, and other basic needs, the agency provides information on job development, computer training, English language training and citizenship preparation.
