Delaware Volunteer Legal Services (DVLS) is an organization of volunteer attorneys who assist low income clients with problems in a variety of areas. DVLS also provides a centralized case intake service called “The Legal Help Link.” This service assures that callers are referred to the appropriate legal services organization or to private attorney for assistance.

Delaware Center for Justice, Inc has a diversionary process that substitutes mediation, counseling, restitution, community service&case management for the adjudication
process. If all requirements are fulfilled, criminal charges are dropped. (First time juvenile offenders only). They also provide case managment services, family mediation, and provide referrals for psychological evaluation&treatment.
