ARC (A Resource Center for Youth) is a comprehensive counseling, educational and medical service program for adolescents, to help reduce risk-taking behaviors, especially those related to sexual health. Teens receive individual education and counseling each time they are seen for medical care. Parent and/or partner counseling is also available. Males and females 12 to 19 years old may receive services including birth control, STD Testing/Treatment, emergency contraception, and counseling.

Delaware Adolescent Program, Inc (DAPI) is an alternative program with comprehensive services for pregnant teens. The program provides certified academic education (grades 6-12), pre and post natal health education, individual and group counseling, family life parenting and child development education, pregnancy prevention programs, resource and life skills facilitators program, and day care (3 weeks to 9 months).

The Alliance for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (AAPP) works to reduce the number of teenagers who are sexually active, become pregnant and become teen parents. The AAPP offers educational programs statewide for young people and their parents. It also serves physicians, educators, nonprofit groups and anyone else who provides care for teens and their families.
