There is n fee to belong to HYN and people in the program will receive discounts from doctors in the program. Applications in English/Spanish can be obtained online or at above address. A program that funds free clinics to provide medical care to migrant agricultural workers across the commonwealth. The agricultural worker program operates seasonably with the exception of Adams, Berks and Erie counties which operate year round.

The Legal Orientation Program provides group legal orientations, individual legal consultations, self-help workshops, and pro-bono referrals for people who are detained&at risk of removal from the United States.

Catholic Charities – Immigration&Refugee Services

Catholic Charities Immigration and Refugee Services helping refugees in their process of resettlement in USA. Our clients are referred to us by our main office in Washington, DC. We are not taking referrals from anyone else. We are helping them with housing, furniture, job search, case management. But, once again, this program is designed ONLY for refugees that USCCB Washington send to us.

We can help Asylum granted individuals if they come to us within 31 day s after they get asylum status. They should bring a proof of this status which is letter received by USCIS and/or I-94 document. We have in the house employment services and ESL services – they are helping refugees and asylees that are in the USA for no more than 5 years. But these clients should be in this area. They do not have classes or job activities in York or Adams Counties.

Early Intervention Services

Early Intervention is provided for children from birth – 3 years old who are at risk for having disabilities or a delay. Each child is evaluated home-based education, physical, speech and occupational therapy for infants and toddlers.
