Healthy York Network is a group of partners working to improve access to healthcare for those who are uninsured&underinsured in the York/Adams/LANCASTER area. There is no fee to belong to HYN and people in the program will receive discounts from doctors in the program. Applications can be obtained on-line or at above address. Proof of income and copies of household bills are needed to apply.
