A high-impact leadership development experience for rising high school juniors and seniors in Central Ohio. The six-day summer experience is free, participants receive a financial award upon program completion, and transportation accommodations are available. Students make friends while developing personal leadership skills, have the opportunity to network with Columbus community leaders, and participate in additional programming as alumni.
