All Counties: Other Health Centers for the Uninsured

The health centers listed on this website are organizations providing primary care and other onsite health services, typically, operating on a sliding fee scale.

New Castle County: Camp Fresh

Camp FRESH is a program designed to empower Wilmington youth to become agents of change within their communities, improving health and quality of life by improving access to quality foods.

New Castle County: Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run is a positive youth development program which combines an interactive curriculum and running to inspire self-respect and healthy lifestyles in pre-teen girls (grades 3-5). The core curriculum addresses many aspects of girls’ development – their physical, emotional, mental and social well-being. Lessons provide girls with the tools to make positive decisions and to avoid risky adolescent behaviors. Fee is sliding scale.

New Castle County: Police Athletic League

Provides athletic, educational, and social development activities for children ages 8-18.  Throughout the school year, along with the New Castle County Police Department, the PAL offers many different prevention programs that we hope will deter juvenile delinquency. Programs also continue throughout the summer.
