- Call Access2Care at (800) 282-9720 a minimum of 2 full business days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled routine appointment.
- For an urgent/same day appointment or facility discharge, members may call the Access2Care toll-free reservation line at (800) 282-9720, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Access2Care will try to find a ride for the member.
