All New Yorkers regardless of immigration status may access free, safe immigration legal help over the phone and in their language. To make an appointment, call the ActionNYC Hotline at 1-800-354-0365, Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 6PM or call 311 and say “ActionNYC”.
Through ActionNYC, a legal team can:
-Provide comprehensive immigration legal consultations;
-Offer information and advice about possible forms of immigration relief available;
-Help with a range of cases including citizenship, green card renewals, DACA, TPS and more!
