Healthy York Network is a group of partners working to improve access to healthcare for those who are uninsured and under insured in the York/Adams area. There is no fee to belong to HCN and people in the program will receive discounts from doctors in the program. Applications in English/Spanish can be obtained online or at above address. Proof of income and copies of household bills are needed to apply.
