Childcare Consultants, Inc. administers four programs: 1) Assistance in locating quality childcare facilities to families in York and subsidized fee-assistance for low-income families that meet income and work requirement set by the state; 2) Keystone stars quality and improvement initiative in 8 counties (Adams, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York); 3) Child and Adult care food service sponsor to reimburse providers part of the cost of serving healthy meals in all but Chester of the counties; and 4) Home-based training and mentoring programs to childcare providers in York County.

Mental Health and Intellectual and Development Disabilities. Early intervention program and supports children from birth to 3 years old who have or may be at risk for developmental delay. ID program for 3-18 year old diagnosed with autism or intellectual disability. Mental health program for 3-18 year old who have mental health issues.

Family-Child Resources has a long history of strengthening & supporting families and children. We provide high-quality services and products for families and schools, as well as for employers who wish to support their employees in balancing their work and personal lives. Services include co-parenting services, counseling, drug & alcohol prevention services, early intervention, employee assistance programs, juvenile justice programs, kids’ groups, parent education, in-home parenting of infants, and training/consultation for schools, businesses, government & private organizations, and child care providers.
No charge except for Kids First ($60), Cooperative Parenting & Divorce Course ($300), and Counseling (many insurances accepted).
