Families must meet financial guidelines, have a child under the age of 17 seeking medical care, and have a confirmed medical appointment scheduled at least 14 days in advance to qualify. All flyers must be able to safely board and travel on a commercial airline. Approved families may receive up to 2 round-trip flights per month during the course of treatment.
